All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
Our Fees vary depending on the size and weight of the products you want us to deliver.
Large items increase in price depending on weight and size. Charges are at the discretion of the your local service. Small items are varied.
Multiple Items are discounted. The more you order in a single run, the less you pay per item. We encourage sharing orders with friends and family to reduce costs, but do not split delivery addresses for single orders.
Preferred Payment is by direct deposit into our nominated bank account. Payments can also be made by credit card or cash on delivery.
Late/ Last Minute Payments can be arranged with us over the counter at a Commonwealth Bank.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
If products are not in stock, we will provide you with an immediate refund or wait for the product to come back in stock or shop for an alternative product.
We will gladly exchange an item without charge if something is faulty. You can also change your mind and pick up the item and process it for exchange or refund. We can arrange any refunds or exchanges according to IKEA terms and conditions. Check their website for details.
FAMILY MEMBER DISCOUNTS
Shop Drop Assemble will pass on any available Family Member Discounts to all customers.
Shop Drop Assemble do not take any responsibility for changes in pricing from you receiving your quote, to us picking up the stock. We will notify you of any price changes whilst in store, so you can make a decision on your purchase.
Shop Drop Assemble take care of every single package they carry on your behalf. If you happen to open up your IKEA packages to find minor damage or missing parts, please be aware that the damage was likely caused in the IKEA warehouse, well before we take hold of the goods.
Although we do not take any responsibility for faulty goods, we are more than happy to arrange a pick up, and assist with exchange and return or refund where IKEA can’t. IKEA will also take responsibility, and assist you with your fault enquiry over the phone, and may even arrange a courier to bring new or replacement goods. Where a solution can not be made with IKEA, please do not hesitate to contact us to assist you with the process.
